The founder of Chinese Da Hong Pao, famous craft master of Da Hong Pao production, is honored as the father of Da Hong Pao. He has engaged in study and production of Da Hong Pao for more than forty years. He has been scientific Deputy Director of Wuyi Tea Bureau for a long time, being responsible for scientific study of Da Hong Pao.
